This process may require you to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 7777xp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
The Platform is designed to function on modern mobile browsers and desktop browsers with internet connectivity. 7777xp does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including network outages, maintenance windows or force majeure events.

7777xp is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Any activity that appears designed to disguise the origin of funds will be investigated, and the Platform reserves the right to suspend accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that offer.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as Real Money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game contributions and expiry date for each bonus are stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire at the end of the stated validity period.
Welcome bonuses and other first-time promotional offers are available once per User, per household, per IP address and per payment method. Any attempt to claim introductory bonuses multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

All bets are subject to acceptance by the Platform. 7777xp reserves the right to decline any bet in whole or in part, and to void bets where: (a) the odds were displayed in error; (b) the bet was placed after an event had concluded; (c) system errors or latency affected the displayed odds; or (d) the bet would constitute a manifest error.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time price changes and temporary suspension. Bets placed during a period of suspension will not be accepted. Settled in-play bet outcomes are based on official results from the relevant sporting authority and are final.
Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to 7777xp support within seventy-two (72) hours of the event's conclusion. The Platform's decision on bet disputes, made after review, shall be final and binding.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 7777xp support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance (subject to satisfying applicable KYC and wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
7777xp reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity; (c) failure to satisfy ongoing eligibility requirements; (d) provision of false or misleading information; or (e) as required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds outstanding at the time of closure are forfeited. Real Money Balances are handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the specific reason for termination.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licenced, which shall be specified in the operator's full regulatory disclosure published on the Platform.
